—SAEC Overview—Established in 1992, Shanghai Architectural and Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. (SAEC) enjoys not only abundant achievements but also strong technical force and modern management concept.
We host 17 top specialists, including 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 3 state-level designers plus 3 members of the Science and Technology Committee attached to Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Shanghai, and more than 400 designers in total.
Quality and honesty as our top priority, people-centered philosophy as our mission make SAEC,becoming a non state-owned firm in 2002, grows to top the design industry.
SAEC now has the corresponding qualifications like architectural design, honesty model and so on. In the future, we will insist on innovations, pursue excellence, and strive to become the first-class design enterprise.
